About Our Vet Practice

We are a veterinary practice that has been established for over 100 years and are trusted by the local communities of Teignbridge and the surrounding areas to care for their pets.

We practice with current medical and surgical principles and have obtained the Higher Level, General Practice Certification set by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, RCVS. This guarantees the highest standards of care for our patients and their owners.

• Experienced and highly qualified - We have a highly experienced and skilled set of veterinary surgeons and nurses.  As professional individuals we are continually learning new knowledge and skills to improve.
• Dedication - We promise that all our staff have your pets' best interests at heart in everything we do.  Working within the veterinary industry is not a job, it's a vocation and we all have a passion for the work we do.
• Transparency - We promise that we will keep you fully informed on what treatments your pet needs and why we are recommending them.  We will always explain our charges to you and help you find solutions in difficult situations.  We provide an open door policy on practice tours should you wish to visit, as we are genuinely proud of what we do and our facilities.
• Quality - We employ current techniques and understanding in veterinary practice and use the best materials and pharmaceuticals. We are currently the only practice in the area that use Sevoflurane anaesthetic gas, which is known to be amongst the safest anaesthetics used in veterinary patients. We don't aim to be the cheapest, but we do aim to be the best.
• Personal – All our staff endeavour to give you a personalised service whenever you come to see us. We also promise to listen to you on how we can improve our services and welcome your feedback.
• Community - We endeavour to be as much a part of Teignbridge as its people are to us.  We actively get involved in community projects and events and use it as a way of giving back to the communities which have supported us.
